Fruit from the Parcel 17 Vineyard located in the Salt Springs Valley. Spanish varietals of Mazuelo, Monastrell, and Graciano. Barrel aged 18 months in French Oak. Aromas of bright cherries, and red currents with spice tones of anise, clove, and vanilla. Soft tannins, fresh acidity and a caress of milk chocolate on the finish.
